Specialty Areas

As a licensed therapist, I work with adults, teens, and couples – virtually across California and in person in Alameda & Burlingame.

AREAS OF FOCUS INCLUDE

Anxiety & Depression / Addiction & Substance Abuse / Codependency in Relationships where Addiction is Present / Anger Management / Relationship & Trust Issues / Family Conflict & Parenting  / Divorce & Infidelity Support / Infertility & Related Stress / Career Counseling & Executive Coaching / Financial Psychology & Money Dynamics / Self-Esteem & Body Image / Divorce Mediation / Child Custody Mediation / Co-Parenting Mediation

My Why

Since middle school, I’ve known I wanted to be a psychologist. My own early challenges showed me the power of a strong support system – and now, it’s my life’s work to provide that for others. There’s no greater joy for me than watching clients heal old wounds, strengthen connections, and step into a more fulfilling life.
